door trim - 2000 GMC Sierra

I have a 2000 GMC Sierra. I need to remove the interior trim panel to get access to the door lock mechanism inside the door. I removed the screw behind the armrest, lifted the panel and disengaged (most of) the lock tabs. But there is something at the power lock button I cannot move. Hpw do I remove the door panel?

I think you better look for another screw,if I remember correctly there are 2 screws in the armrest area one near the front and one near the back.Sounds like you missed the front one.
