New Oil

Has anybody heard of the new Mobil oil comming out? You don't have to change it for up to 15000 miles. What do you all think about this? I am kinda iffy about keeping oil in there so much longer then you would with standard oil. Anybody know what makes it so different?

The jury is still out on this product. If you're soliciting opinions, I consider the following web site the most authoritative forum on such issues:

Nobody has collected any unbiased data on how this oil performs in the real world. Until then, consensus is to stick with 10K max oil change intervals with synthetic oils. I have the same "iffy" feeling that you do on this product.
