headlight problem in 92 Honda Accord

I have a 92 honda accord that keeps blowing the left headlight and we have made sure not to touch the glass when we are putting the bulbs in. I believe that there is mabey a short in the wiring but wanted to get a few opinions to see if that was the problem.

check for any moisture in the headlamp housing the slightest amount of water will burn out the bulb quickly, if there is replace the headlamp and housing.

A short means the current isn't flowing through the load (the bulb) and "short circuiting" from the + to the -. Therefore a short cannot damage a bulb.

Poor quaility bulbs , moisture or loose mountings.
