when starting from cold the engine some times loses power and nothing hapens when i put the throttle to the floor, then it will pick up any idears

A couple of things you could check.

One or more of the glowplugs could be faulty resulting in poor pre-heating or no pre-heating in one cylinder. Or the electrical connection to them may not be good.

The fast idle lever/cable to the injection pump may be out of alignment. The service manual should have instructions on how to adjust this.

Other than that it could just be poor fuel flow on the fuel line like a clogged filter.

I believe the scheduled filter change intervals on Diesels is much shorter than on gas/petrol cars. Diesel fuel leaves waxy deposits that build up much quicker than on gas fuel lines. If this is not done it can lead to engine perfornance problems like hard starting etc.
