Window Problem

HI Gang....Can a maxima (93) with electric windows be converted to regular crank windows and still keep the same doors? All of the window motors have failed over the last 2 years but the car is still very good to me. The actual cables connected to the motors have also broke. or is it easier to replace the door and find some at the bone yard that have crank windows. Do they make a maxima with crank windows? hmmm.

You would probably be better off, just replacing the window regulators. Replacing the power window regulators with hand crank regulators would seem to me to be way more tiem consuming than it is really worth it. Plus, Im not sure there was a manual crank option on that car. And it would be tough finding something that would have proper fit and function.
The power regulators shouldnt be that expensive, (if money is an object then do one at a time) and the R&R is pretty straightforward.
Hope this helps ya,
Billy
