Help- I own a Malibu!

I own a 1999 Chevy Malibu: automatic, 6 cylinder.

I have had many problems with it. The latest is what I am thinking may be the brakes, but I am not sure.
I had the brakes completely replaced (front & rear) last June. Now, I am hearing a loud squeaking noise only when I take sharp turns (right and left, it doesn't matter)
I'm not sure if this noise has to do with the brakes, the tires, or something else. If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it!

depending on how many miles since your last brake job it is most likely your brake wear indicator rubbing on the disc brake telling you its time to change the pads again.
