5.0 Mustang overheating with all symptoms listed

Hi, I cannot diagnose my mustang's overheating problem for the life of me. Once I have it diagnosed I can replace whatever part is broken myself (unless its a head gasket- praying its not). Anyway, here is a full description of my problem (scroll down also):

Anyone here have an idea of what the problem is given my description?

Thanks

check this out!

make sure coolant is full.radiator fan is working.radiator is clean on outside so air flows thru it.belts are tight.if all this checks out ok, probably need to change the thermostat.thermostat could be sticking!
