Vacuum leak caused by vacuum assisted brakes?

My '77 F-100 is running horribly. The day before this started to happen, I changed the pads. I didn't remove the calliper, I just pushed it back with a C-Clamp.

Is it possible that I caused a vacuum leak?

How do I fix it?

Desparate for info....

thanks,
-kc

You cant cause a vacuum leak by pushing back the caliper, that is on the hydraulic side.
