Strut broken
I have a 1993 Geo Metro. One of the 2 bolts on the front right strut has broken , leaving the wheel not alligned right. Is there anything in the steering or suspension that could cause so much pressure on that bolt that it would cause it to break? Or would the better scenerio be that the bolt broke first and caused damage afterwards? Thanks

I would imagine that there are a number of things that can cause such a bolt to break, such as potholes, wrecks, rust, etc. Just replace it with a grade 8 bolt. Also, are you sure that you don't need new struts anyway?
