Jeep ABS

Folks;
I have a 2002 jeep grand cherokee with six cylinder engine. Two weeks
ago I had the rear brakes replaced. The front brakes were replaced about two months ago. Today while driving down the road my abs light and brake light came on although the brakes seem to working fine. At the same time my
odometer started to blink and my radio became full of static. The amp.
guage at idol goes down to 9 and them comes back to 12 to 14. I checked the brake fluid level and it is full.The jeep has 51000 miles on it. The serpintine
belt is original but appears tight and in good shape. I would appreciate some
help with this problem. Thank you in advance.

it seems to me that its unrelated to your brakejob, your 'amp' gauge is actually a voltmeter gauge, and if it goes down to 9 volts and back up with higher engine rpm, it hints towards a broken regulator in the alternator. take the alternator out and have it tested at auto parts store.
