I drive 2001 nissan sentra se 2.0L. Irecntly changed front and rear pads and rotors.Now when i drive there is a dragging noise and i noticed that when turning right this noise stops and when turning left it becomes worse i have replaced pads and rotors before and not had any problems any help will be greatly appreciated....thanks

you said that your brakes have been changed but have you checked the brake pistons or calipers. if they are bad they will stick. an other thing you could check is to see if there is a warp in in your disc. even if its new they could be warped from hitting the brake too hard. or it is posible that it could be caused by too much brake dust or carosion just rubbung on the brake and disc. all of these ideas cost nothing to check and i'm sure you will find what is wrong in very little time. let me know how it works for ya.

Another possibility is dirty and corroded sliding surfaces (on the bracket the pads slide one) or seized slide pins. All should be cleaned and lubricated with a high-temp silcone based lube (one meant for brakes) when pads and rotors are replaced.
