94 Chevy Suburban 4x4 1500

I have started noticing that when I excellerate from a complete stop, there is a pop coming from underneath and towards the front of the truck. The truck has 133,000 on all original equipment. I am wondering if it could be the U joints. Any advice?

If you are sure it is coming from the front end it is probably not ujoints. I believe your truck has cv axles to drive the front wheels. Could be virtually anything in the front suspension. I usually associate 'pops' and snaps with bad wheel bearings or loose wheels, although both will be much worse when accelerating on turns. Wheel torque is easy to check. Could also be sway bar links/bushings, although these are usually worse over bumps.

Basically you should check over the front suspension. If you are doing it yourself, make sure you support the vehicle under the control arms so the suspension isn't hanging. Have some one wiggle each of the wheels back and forth and up and down and look for play in any of the components. Better yet, have a professional look at it. An inspection should be free or of minimal cost.
