200 Ford explorer wont start

2000 Ford explorer wont start

My wife went to start the car and it wouldnt start. It is trying to turn over , but it just wont. I tried to jump it, still wont start. The battery is obviously good. Please help. Any ideas at all

Why do you think the battery is obviously good? Are the headlights bright when you turn them on? Check for corrosion at the battery terminals. It's possible you didn't have a good jumper cable connection or sometimes you have to jumper the car and let the running engine charge up the battery for 5-10 minutes.

The engine is turning over. It sounds like it wants to start. The lights are bright.

1st thing to check is if you're getting fuel and spark.
