Vibration during deceleration

I have a 1999 Honda Civic sedan with 58,000 miles. Sometimes during deceleration there is a vibration around 40 mph. This does not happen all the time and only lasts a few seconds. Any suggestions.

Could be out of balance tires since the tires are half way or so through their expected life.
