2003 Windstar automatic side doors squeak

I have a 2003 Windstar that is 2,000 km over the warranty period. Not knowing (but now I do) when the warranty was over, I prolonged getting my automatic sliding doors from getting fixed. They are very squeaky and shake when closing and opening. About 50% of the time, one of the doors re-opens when I'm trying to close it. To make that door close, I have to wait until the door is almost shut and then push the back of the sliding door in so I get that "click" that happens to lock the door in place.

Is there any cheap fix for this ? I lease the car and have 6 months left on it so I'm not going to bring it into the dealer to get it fixed. Worst scenario is that I'll live with it for another 6 months. I have trying spraying a lubricant on the bottom hinges of the doors but didn't seem to do much.

It is possible that the track is dirty. Oil should have helped. If cleaning and oiling don't work it probably needs some repair.
