Power window problems

I have a 1999 grand dodge caravan 3.3ltr eng and I'm having problems with the passenger side window going up and down. The rest of the windows work fine. The problem window does not work at all when I'm at highway speeds....I can get it to go up and down slowly when we are stopped...It seems like the motor is slowing dying....Does each window have it's own motor? Could it be a fuse problem? How do I troubleshoot? Thanks

it sounds like a motor or regulator problem you can buy the regulator with motor already installed from your local dealer.

Yes, each window has it's own motor. If it were a fuse, none of your power windows would work - not even slowly.

Once you get inside the door, you can see if anthing is binding. Other than that, follow bejays advise and replace the motor/regulator.
