Unhappy 84 Nissan Maxiam - too much fuel?

This problem has me doing this. I have had this car to the Nissan mech. and they said it was ready and nothing was different, other than my wallets lighter.
The problem is that the plugs faul up right away. All black when I pull them. Clean the plugs and try again and same thing happens right way. I have changed the injectors, mass air flow sensor, plugs, O2 sensor, distributor, heat sensor, gas line, think that is everything. Noticed that the gas cap always has suction pressure after running. Never seen that happen ALL the time on other cars. If it does start and may keep it running by keeping the rpms up till it's warm, it may run wonderfully. But when it's turned off it's back to the same problem. Most the time it's just a lot of black smoke if you keep the rpms up and then dies when you let off the gas.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Take it back to the mechanic and make them fix it right. If you took it in for the same problem it still has, they need to make it right or give you a refund.
