My van is not is putting out very warm air in the heat mode. Any suggestions on where to start looking? The dampers have switched over from the cold air mode is about is far as I got.

It was working fine last year. I didn't check the fluid level but the engine is not running hotter than normal.

Most of the time it's a Blend Door motor behind the radio and heater control panel. On the heater plenum. Do you hear a popping noise when you turn the heater control knob from HOT to COLD? If so it's the Blend Door Motor.
