99 Sunfire still overheating

My son owns a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire. He had an accident over a month ago, where the vehicle left the road...went airborne and crashed. There was some front end damage and the a/c had to be replaced. After it was repaired, it overheated so we took it back. They replaced the air dam on it. It is still overheating if you do city driving. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you for any help.

Are the cooling fan(s) turning on and running as they are supposed to? That would be tyhe most likely if it is overheating in low-speed (city) driving. Also, was the radiator replaced?

according to the garage that fixed my son's car, the cooling fans are coming on and running as they are suppose to. As far as the radiator - it was not replaced.
