2000 windstar front heat not working

I think its the blend door motor?? Help

Makes sense...went through that nightmare once on a friends Windstar.
There's a motor that moves the door. I took the whole friggin' thang apart...had to jam a piece of wood against the door to hold it in the "heat" position.

I had a new motor out in me garage somewhere...might have thrown it out though.

We have seen these go bad. Remove the radio and heater control from the dash. And you will see the motor on the heater case.
