Low fluid level stays on
Auto: 92 Olds Achieva
2.3 liter quad 4
Hi, just replaced the water pump. Drained water and flushed the system. Now after replacing pump and water/antifreeze, the low fluid light stays on. After driving car, checked water resivour and it's full. Car runs cool/first line on temp guage. How do I cancel the low fluid light? Regards, Jerbear...

On some cars certain idiot lights can only be reset by the dealer. Since its a 92, I dont think this will be that case. Newer hondas can only have thier check engine light reset by the dealer.
Check the sensor to see if it is loose, dirty or stuck. Also check wires and connections. The brake fluid level sensor tends to work loose often (on some fords especially) and the check engine light comes on, and people panic. All you need to do in that case is unplug it and plug it back in.
