Electrical outage in Camry

1994 Toyota Camry: Several of my electrical accessories have lost power all at once. The radio, clock, power mirrors, and cigarette lighter. I pulled all of the fuses out individually and they are all good. What could be wrong? Someone said it could be a "linkable fuse" but I can't locate one. How can I locate the linkable fuse? or fusable link? Any other possible solutions? (NOTE: There was no power surge ie: jump start or lightning. The power worked fine, I turned the car off. 20 minutes later I turned the car back on and there was no power for these accessories.)

It's the cig/radio fuse in the left side dash. If the fuse is good some one may have jambed a wire or terminal to spread the fuse terminals preventing a good connection
