Fuel system problem?

94 Geo Metro 3 cyl with throttle body injection.

Engine turns over and tries to run but comes just short. In taking things apart and trying to find out what is happening I have found the following.

Good spark at all three cylinders.
Battery is good.
Fuel in tank.
All three cylinders are moving.
Timing belt appears good (loosened cover and peaked).

When checking the cylinders with spark plugs removed it seemed like #1 cyl was getting plenty of gas but #2 & #3 were not. I say this because I could actually see the gas mist being forced out of the spark plug hole in #1 but not the others.

Am I missing something or could this be an injector or pressure regulator problem?

Any tips are appreciated....

Just a thought, but it kinda seems like accordig to your info you not getting enough fuel pressure, and might want to check that out..:-)

need pressure

Sounds like you need a pressure check done you might not have enough pressure with plugs installed.Even if two cylinders were getting fuel it should still run just bad.Could be a fuel pump ,regulator.
