sliding van door

I have a 99 dodge Grand caravan. one side of my sliding door is a lot harder to open then the other side...I put white litium grease in the channel and it helped somewhat..(nowhere as smooth as the other side)..Is there another product I can use in the track to ease operation of the door or is there problems with the doors hardware?...Thanks
