98 Pontiac Sunfire Bucking

Hello. My 198 Sunfire has been ahving a problem for quite some time. I have had numerous people look at it with no solution.
The car will hesitate when first pushing on the gas. As you accelerate you will feel a bucking or hesitation while driving. At times it is more severe than others. It seems at it's worst when raining or very humid. Cold, dry wEather it runs better. Hot, humid weather it bucks very hard.
I have had the ignition wires changed, spark plugs, new fuel and air filters and oil changed. The car is the same.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check your fuel pressure with a gauge and/or inspect the operation of the fuel regulator.
