1990 pont. grand prix 3.1 wont start,no fuel

A friends`90 Grand Prix will not start. He says that it was running fine the night before and when he went to start it in the mornning it didn`t start.
It has spark but no fuel. I jumped the fuel pump test lead and the pump works. It gives 46lb. of pressure but without the jumper wire the pump won`t operate when you turn the key or crank the engine. also, I connected a test light to one injector plug and cranked the engine and I got no pulse. I already checked the relay by the master cylinder ,all fuses in the underhood and under glove box. They all check out fine. Also checked fussible links under relay. I`m stuck. Heard something about oil pressure switch. PLEASE HELP.

No, Icannot hear a click. Ichecked the harness plugs with a volt meter and found there is no changes on possitive or ground leads as I turn key on and off or in crank. Thank you for your reply.
