removing power steering pump
My sons 1993 Ford Taurus has a leak at the power steering pump and need to be repaired or replaced. To remove the pump it is obvious that the pulley needs to be removed but I cannot see how it is held on. How do I get it off?

Press fit.
You need a special puller that hooks that groove in the front of the pulley.
It takes a second tool get the pulley back on, it threads into the shaft.
BTW, don't pry on the pulley it my be made out of plastic.
Some autoparts stores may let you use the tools for free, try auto zone.
