Does a 97 Wrangler Have a Relay Switch Where?

Still can't start the Jeep, there is power but it ends at the distributor, battery charged, starter is fine, spark plugs are good, is there a Relay Switch somewhere that needs to be flipped?

there could be alot of reasons for a vehicle not to start if the engine cranks over ok, to determine why its not starting you have to do some testing like checking for spark, fuel pressure, injector pulse, checking codes in the computer to see if the computer has detected any sensor faults that could be related to the vehicle not starting.
while your vehicle uses relays it is very unlikely to be a relay problem not sure what you mean by flipping the only thing you can do with a defective relay is replace it.
