Buick to Olds cutlass part interchanging

I have a 1970 Buick Electra 225 with a 455 eng. and a 400 transmission, and I have a 1978 Olds Cutlass in sight. I would like to put the 455 and tranny into the Cutlass and I was wondering what all I need to know before I tackle this project, as in, motor mounts, tranny mount, wiring, suspension, etc.
If its even worth trying. The Buick is a nice car but it is a 4dr and 19 ft. long.
The Cutlass is nice and a friend has it for sale for 300.00 is it worth it.
thanks for the info.

Putting a 36 year old engine and tranny into a 27 year old body. Unless you are willing to soon replace many worn, rusted parts, after the aggravation of fitting the engine to the body, I would say it's not worth it. Of course, if you are just looking for a long term project and have money to burn, then go for it.
