1996 Chrysler LHS Turn Signals

I recently put a new battery in my 96 Chrysler. After installing it neither the turn signals or the hazard lights work. The flasher makes a slight chattering noise, but none of the lights come on. I replaced the flasher - no help. The 2 fuses and Bulbs OK.

check the wiring near the battery may have bad connection specifically look at the smaller wires and connectors near the battery not the main cables.
