1995 oldsmobile aurora...waterpump went out,

Need help changing a water pump on a 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora. has a v-8 engine front wheel drive. Is it something I can do my self?

Yes you can change it your self but get a manual to help you .

There is a special tool to remove the lock ring holding the water pump in. Without this it is much more difficult. Either way at least a two hour job.
