1990 Toyota Camry Brake Light Problem

I just bought a 1990 Toyota Camry and one of the rear brake lights doesn't work.
It is not a fuse or a bulb. The bulb itself works but when you step on the brake,
the bulb goes out instead of double-bright. Any suggestions?

Check for a bad ground connection to the light socket or corrosion in the socket.
