Fuses on 2003 Chrysler Town & Country

I have a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country. I think the charger on my cell phone shorted out the cigarette lighter and radio. I can't find where the fuse for the radio and cigarette lighter are. I looked under the hood and see fuses and relays for a variety of things, but don't see any fuses for either of these two; I did see an accessory relay. Any suggestions?

The fuse block sould be located to the left of the steering column coverd by a removable access panel.

check owners manual

If you have a owners manual it will be in there I promise. It will be a large amp fuse for the lighter.

Check the fuse box under the hood, drivers side. That's where it is on the wife's Voyager. Its a plastic mini fuse, 10 or 15 amp.
