Reparing Floorboard Rust

My Camaro has had a chronic front floorboard leak that has led to the rusting & one small hole in the passenger side floorboard. Is POR-15 the product of choice for this type problem? I believe I finally have the leaked fixed, however.

I agree with 442, best way is to cut a weld new steel patch, usually if there's already a hole thru floor all area around it will be bad and it'll only worsen overtime.
