88 Ford Ranger - Cranks, Won't Start

We have a 1988 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4. The last time it was driven, it started fine then started chugging and sputtering and just stopped running. It hasn't started since. It will crank fine, but there's no power getting to the coil.

Any suggestions?

You can confirm no power to the coil?
How did you confirm this?

Top reasons for crank/no-start with this vintage Ford:
TFI ignition module failure
Fuel pump failure
Inertia switch popped (fuel safety)

Not that there aren't any more, there are two dozen other possibilities, but those are high on the suspect list

If you are sure you are getting no power to the coil, then it's probably a wiring issue
