2003 Ford Mustang rear brake pad replacement

I've replaced the front brake pads on my 2003 Ford Mustang, but the rear brakes seem to be a little more difficult. The caliper piston does not go in by forcing it with a clamp like the front pistons. What is required to accomplish this.

You have to turn them in by turning them in clock wise. (This is just my opinion.)
