92 silverado

On a 92 silverado v-6 automatic the a/c light blinks and the a/c compressor does not engage. I can put 12 volts to the pressure switch and it comes on. Do you know what my problem is?

it is usually a sign of low freon which means you have a leak somewhere suggest seeing a shop for leak check.

The low freon switch is working properly it is just not getting 12 volts to the switch. when i put 12 volts to the switch it starts to pull the compressor and it works properly. I need to know why it is not getting from the switch on the dash to the sensor.

The blinking a/c icon indicates the a/c module has detected excessively quick a/c clutch cycling, usually due to low freon. This default action may also have set falsely. Disconnect the battery for a few minutes and see if that cures it. When you bypass the cycling switch, does it blow cold air? If not, it's low on freon.
