Bolt fastening sequence?

2000 Taurus 3.0L 27K miles
I find bolt tightening sequence for cylinder head, etc. But I don't see one for transmission pan bolts regardless of make or year. Is it not important because the torque is only about 10 ft-lbs at most? I have 17 bolts total.

Thanks.

Not important; only that you get them tightened more or less equally.

Always cross-tighten but the order isn't critical.

Thanks. I came up with my own cross tightening sequence and tightened with a clicker torque wrench.

You're way ahead of most people who simply use a quarter drive ratchet or a nut driver and give it two grunts worth of torque.
