What Would You Use?
what would you use to plug the heater outlet on my rad in my 1990 chevy astro, i tried a bolt but the pressure blows it out after a couple of days.

permanitly, can't solder it because the rad is hard plastic

Try JB Weld with a bolt
I would try another bolt but this time put some JB Weld on the threads of the bolt right before you put it on and let it dry overnight, that bolt wont never come off, believe me I JB Welded a fly wheel on a garbage truck and I havent had the slighest problem with it yet, that stuff will hold anything.
