'94 Camry transmission

I have a '94 Camry with automatic transmission. The tranny has no problems shifting when in drive. Everything is fine. However, every so often when I put it in reverse it acts up. As I'm backing up the car shakes a bit. I give it some gas and it still moves backward but also shakes. As soon as I put it in drive there are no problems. Any idea what the problem might be?

Those trannies are very reliable. Has it been serviced regularly including cleaning the screen?

It has about 104k on it. I did have the tranny fully flushed a couple years ago. I'm not sure if that included the screen. But like I said the tranny runs flawless in drive. Never, ever a problem. It just has the occasional shaking in reverse. Maybe it has something to do with just the reverse gear.
