Sears 3 ton Floor Jack

I recently was given a Sears 3 ton floor jack. The jack is the bigger pro looking ones with handle release and all that.

The problem is it only goes up so far then stops. It will hold weight.

If anyone has this model and knows where you drain and refill the fluid I would appreciate any input on this. Thanks in advance John.

Guess there must be a couple of different versions
Mine it's pretty obvious
The cap for the jack fluid is red/orange and near where the handle connects
