5 year old bondo still usable?

Hi there,
im in the process of doing some body work to my car. I have some bondo left from previous body work laying around for about 5 years, is it still usable?

Does it affect its bondability at all?

also, does anyone know how to get a rusted locked screw to turn? Its 4 screws holding the bumper to the car in the rear. I cant get access to it from the bottom of the car, just on top where the hatch opens. Its completely lock! wont budge.

thanx for any help.

Try a test mix, if it will set it will be ok.
