overheat toyota corrola

mechanic rebuild head and installed new head gasket about 2 months ago but now the water from radiator is overflowing and upperhose got hole in it and the color of the water is milky type yellowish white I don't know what it could it be can any body help me what it could be is it head gasket or some thing to do with transmission fluid as the mechanic told me.

flush radiator and cooling system , replace upper hose, check engine oil for coolant in it, check tranny fluid for coolant in it, if tranny fluid is getting into rad coolant ( and viceversa ) you will need to replace radiator and possibly all transmission fluid too.

Did the "rebuild" on the head include checking it for warpage and machining it flat?

Tranny fluid is ok so is the motor oil there is no sign of water in them. when headgasket was changed. the head was sent out to shop for checking and grinding. flushed radiator and changed the water and antifreeze now I will see what happens after couple days. Thanks for your help
