1991 Chevy Pickup - 2 problems

I have a 1991 Chevy 4WD Pickup w/350 CID with 2 problems:

(1) Right rear turn signal out. Replaced bulb, still no light. Checked voltage - fast turn signal voltage to the bulb receptacle, but when bulb is in, doesnt work. Switched bulbs with other side and all bulbs work. Any ideas???

(2) Brake light on dash flashes 6 short and 1 long. Anybody know what that code is?

Thanks!!!

U need to check the ground to the bulb socket. That vintage truck the circuit boards for the bulb sockets had a bad habit of failing. The abs code? I think code seven....can't remember what it means, sorry. I take it the light was on prior to checking for codes? Because u can actually induce a code if you check for codes but none are present.

So should I get a replacement socket panel or can I fix the ground on it? I'm not sure how much they run. Also, yes, the brake light was on for about a month before it started flashing the code. Never checked for codes.
