Change Disc Break Rotor

1990 Honda Accord LX, 4 Doors, AT, 168K. If one of my front disc break rotors can't be turned (re-surfaced) due to the minimum thickness, do I have to replace both disc break rotors or I can just replace one and have the other one turned?

You can just replace the one that's undersized and then turn the other one to place it back in spec.

I agree you can just replace the one rotor that's below minimum thickness. But if the other one is almost at minimum thickness, you may want to consider replacing it as well. It's good form to replace axle items (such as brake pads, shocks, tires) in pairs.
