Post ReUpholester or Seat Covers??

I got a '89 Chevy Suburban and the seats have stains and I was thinking of Reupholestering them with vinyl or getting seat covers from JC Whitney. I don't want to spend a lot of $$ since this truck won't be used very often. I just would like it to be clean inside and look fairly nice. Any suggestions?

How much are the re-upholstery kits for your seats?
I know $300 wouldn't be unusual (for the fronts)
Obviously, in that case it's cheaper to get seat covers
Good quality seat covers though, $100 each is not out of line

Depends on what you are looking at/for
