Question 1996 Ford Crown Victoria (window problem)

Passenger side electric window. Cable broke, need to replace. Bought repair kit from ford dealer, which for $111.69, they should have given me the whole door! My problem is besides tearing the door apart, WHAT DO I DO THEN?

Im not sure it is a cable. Ive only seen ones with a toothed gear, and sort of use a giant scissors action to go up and down

suspect you would of bought a new regulator from the dealer the regulators on this crown vic and most modern cars are cable operated they are junk, recomend you let a shop change it
probably riveted to the door and window and will need to be riveted back after the rivets are drilled out.
