1994 Grand Marquis power window regulator...

I've seen bits and pieces of how to replace the driver's and front passenger's window regulators.
Does anyone have a step by step procedure with diagrams to help me out? Or where to go for this information??
I've taken the door panels off and do NOT want to break anything (or allow Murphy to rear it's ugly head). I also understand I will need to drill rivet type fasteners and replace with nut & bolt?
Thank you for your time,

If you use screws besure to smash the ends so there is no chance of the bolt coming off on accident over time.

also a hand pop rivit gun you can pick up for under $30

Well, as for the rivit gun, you can get the regular ones on sale for as cheap as ten bucks, however with my car, the rivits were 1/4 inch rivits, that required a heavy duty rivit gun that somewhat resembled a bolt cutter more than a rivit gun.

When I replaced the mechanism in a 91 G Marquis I used screws in place of the rivets. However, I used nylon-filled locknuts. The procedure is fairly obvious and should'nt be all that troublesome.
