K2500 '00 Suburban 6.0L

Engine hesitates to start when warm, it takes a couple cranks to get it fired up. Kind of annoying sometimes. It runs very good.
I have new spark plugs on it, air filter is new, only synthetic oil used, high perf. oil filter, premium gas always. No trouble codes, no smoke. 88K miles on truck.
Could it be a MAF sensor or a PCV Valve ? any ideas are welcome

have you checked fuel pressure and the fuel pressure regulator seen alot of regulator failures causing the engine to be flooded.
