Help Please

I have a problem and hope someone here can help. I have a 1995 Ford Explorer and there is a continous noise coming from under the hood. The noise is coming from where the throttle body is located. I had someone to remove the hose while the vehicle was still running, and when the hose was removed the noise was coming out of there loud. And when you press the gas the noise would stop as long as you are pressing the gas, but on last week when I drove the vehicle to work it would only do it sometimes but today it is continous. I want to know is it my mass airflow sensor gone or could it be something else. All help will be deeply appreciated in advance

the idle air bypass valve can make a very loud annoying noise sometimes kinda like a horn sound, suspect that is what you are hearing and will probably have to replace it to fix the problem.
